Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been integrated into education, and this is one of the factors that has influenced language learning platforms. Specifically, the advancement of the Thai-English bilingual education systems that rely on AI would become potentially effective in terms of personalized learning as well as automatic feedback. Nonetheless, the literature indicates the lack of any literature on the use of AI in bilingual education systems with a high level of personalization and immediate feedback based on the needs of students. This disparity highlights the need for research on the role AI plays in enhancing the outcomes of the learning process and engagement in bilingual educational settings. The research aims to propose and test a bilingual education system fueled by AI, which will integrate individualized learning paths and automatic response systems. The SLR method has also been utilized to identify and analyze the current literature on studying the possibilities of introducing AI to language learning, with a specific focus on bilingual systems and the feedback given by learners. The major findings indicate that AI-based platforms are effective in personalizing the learning process. They can adapt the content to their proficiency level. Moreover, they can provide error correction in real time and provide reachable feedback. The results have a future implication in terms of educational technologies as individualized bilingual learning programs are capable of delivering AI-driven feedback, which can be used to increase the effectiveness and satisfaction levels of the studying population.
